Textiles for DTF: suitable substrates for customization

Unlike sublimation, which primarily requires textiles containing polyester, DTF printing is compatible with many garment materials and colors. It is particularly well suited to cotton, polyester, and many blended textiles.

The design is first printed on DTF film using specific inks, then covered with hot-melt powder. The transfer is then applied to the textile using a heat press.

This technique makes it possible to print white and colors on dark textiles, as well as reproduce illustrations containing many details, gradients, or multiple colors.
