The mini 3D oven for sublimation printing is a device designed to apply your sublimated designs on curved surfaces, phone cases, and rigid objects with a full wrap effect (front, edges, rounded parts). It uses vacuum technology to suck the transfer film around the object, ensuring even pressure and a wrinkle-free result. This way, you will be able to print 3D cases.

Designed for customization workshops as well as small series, it allows you to produce personalized cases with sharp results, vibrant colors, and a professional finish.

This 3D press requires molds adapted to 3D cases to be used.

Acquiring 3D Molds

To print cases, you need a mold adapted to each 3D phone case. You can contact us at hello@coque-sublimation.fr to order your molds. They will be delivered within 3 weeks. Indicative price for molds: €30 excluding tax.

Usage Tips

1) Make sure the case or object is clean, free of dust and greasy residues.

2) Position the case on the designated support and apply the transfer film with the design properly aligned.

3) Place everything in the chamber, close the hatch, then start the sequence via the digital screen.

4) Let the machine perform the vacuum, heating, and holding process.

5) Once finished, open the hatch and carefully remove the object.

6) Let cool if necessary before handling or checking the quality.

Warning, to personalize 3D cases, you need different equipment than for 2D. You need cases, transfers, and inks specifically adapted to 3D.
